The machine seems to be enabled on slave alloc, but on slave health it is disabled. Is this machine still needed ?

As philor pointed out here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=880784#c20 We desperately need more XP. However, we can't re-image XP machines: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1413924#c9 So we should continue tracking xp machines and current health. If we lose a couple more before Buildbot EOL in Aug, we may have to fix re-imaging.
