I as a contributor would like to be able to quote people in support threads so that is is easier for me to explain things to users when they write long posts

can we rename the button from "reply" to "quote" to make it more obvious what it does? some users appear to hit it by mistake since the actual big blue reply button might be out of view.

I landed changes to make quotes easier to distinguish visually, and changed the link to say "quote" instead of "reply". I'll deploy these changes once I get VPN set up again.

The second and subsequent posts now show "Quote" but the first post in a support thread still shows "Post a Reply" (using that button quotes the post).  Was this intended or should this bug be reopened?
