WinXP doesn't have mp4 support, which is actually helpful because that will provide testing for webm as most tests will fall back to webm. Linux machines are saying they support some mp4 codecs through gstreamer. I don't know why [Test setting same duration multiple times does not fire duplicate durationchange] behaves differently with mp4, but that wasn't passing before anyway.
