After a page whith a combo box is rendered and the position of the sidebar
splitter is modified, any combo box popup from that page is displayed in the
wrong position.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Make sure the sidebar is visible
2.Open www.hotmail.com
3.Wait until the page is rendered
4.Modify the position of the sidebar splitter
5.Open the combo box (near sign in-name)


Actual Results:  The position of the popup list is wrong

Expected Results:  The popup list should be displayed under the combo box
