STR:
- Open about:newtab
- Go into locationbar
- Enter any URL and visit it

ER:
The entered URL is shown right after hitting enter.

AR:
about:newtab is shown for a second or two, then it switches to the entered URL.

about:config, about:buildsupport are also affected, about:home and about:blank are not.
