The questions list in the tabbed view should be displayed as follows:

- Each line shows the first X characters of the question followed by “...” if the question is above X characters
- the submission time
- the device of the helpee
- the OS version of the helpee
- the name of the helpee
- number of additional comments (will always be 0)
- Each line shows an indicator of activity (blue dot)
