  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 ->There are some contacts saved in Contacts app.
 ->Enter"Messages"to create a message;
 ->Insert two and more than two reicipents by tap" +",and input content;
 ->Save the message as draft;
 ->re-enter the message,the reicipents can't be active. When you tap any contacts, it can be edit as numbers added manually.（KO)
 
 note：Fire E 2.0 SW2EB+FD10 is ok.

I'm not 100% sure on what the last repro step here is saying:

I don't know what "recipients can't be active" means.

(What I see)
When I tap a contact that is attached to the message, I can choose for this contact to only show up as a number instead of a name. I can then change it back to a name if i wish. I can delete this contact or successfully send the message to the contact.

Before I provide the branch checks I've done on what my interpretation of what the reporters steps are, I'd like to know if I even understood the steps correctly.

If I can get clarification on what I should see when the bug occurs, then i can continue.

I got a second opinion on this bug and it seems that the bug was reproducing when I was able to tap on a contact and change it to just the phone number. So I'm filing this information below for that scenario.

Tested with Shallow Flash on 319mb using Engineering builds.

This bug repro's on Flame KK builds: Flame 2.2 KK, Flame 2.1 KK, Flame 2.0 KK, Flame v188-1 Base

Actual Results: Able to change the existing contacts in a saved message draft to only their respective phone numbers.

Some more information for those checking into this bug:

When selecting a contact on a new message, the user is brought to an attention screen that lists the contact information and gives the user two buttons, cancel and remove.  

If the message is converted to a saved draft, selecting a contact can have two results.  
A) The attention screen described above
B) The contact is converted to a number that can be edited as if it had been entered manually.

My tests with 3-5 contacts showed that one contact generally displayed result A while the rest displayed result B.

It's a dupe of bug 1019479
