Due to the change in the application GUID for Pale Moon 25+ DOMi does not function properly.
Since DOMi is multi-program it uses per-application overlays. The Pale Moon GUID no longer matches any of the specified entries thus DOMi does not function in Pale Moon.

This will add direct Pale Moon support to DOMi. It also has the advantage of slightly cleaning up, grouping, and commenting the per-application overlays in jar.mn
