[1.Description]:
[Flame][v2.1][v2.2][Loop]Log out Firefox account from Settings app,  launch Fire Hello app, tap the "Use phone number" and "Use Firefox Aaccout" buttons, but there's no response.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Install Firefox app on device, Firefox Hello version: 
2. Launch Firefox Hello and tap "Use Firefox Aaccout" buttons to sign in an account.
3. Launch Settings app and sign out the Firefox Account.
4. Launch  Firefox Hello again.
5. Tap the "Use phone number" and "Use Firefox Aaccout" buttons.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5. Tap the two buttons, it should enter the sign in screen.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. Tap the two buttons,  there's no response.

Tested with latest 2.0, 2.1 and 2.2 FxOS versions and it's wotking fine.

I am almost sure we already fixed the reported issue in bug 1115123, so closing it as duplicated
