1115123 - Loop Login screen is frozen after unregistering in FxA via Settings and entering in Loop again

Bug reproduced with latest Loop Master version (master/fde35b8) over 2.0 build

STR
1. Install Loop master application
2. Register in FxA via General settings
3. Login in Loop via FxA
4. Sign out from FxA in the General Settings
5. Enter in Loop application again and in the Login screen try to login via MobileID or FxAccounts

Actual Result:
The screen is frozen, the buttons do not respond

Expected result:
We should be able to press on the buttons and launch the corresponding login flows via MobileID or FxA

Note: Killing Loop and launching it again, the bug is solved

Note:Not always I am able to reproduce the bug with the exact STR (steps 1, 2 and 3) , but once I got the user is register in Loop via FxA successfully, following steps 3 and 4, I am able to reproduce the bug with a 100% frequency.

Fortunately, this bug is not happening with 1.1 Loop version
