spun off from bug 110177. we need to have access keys for QuickSearch. jglick
suggested "S" for accessing the "Subject or Sender contains" textfield, and "A"
for the Advanced button.

Jennifer: spec shows "u" as the subject/sender mnemonic access letter, whereas
the trunk (may28 build) uses "s" -- OK?
Yes. Andrew and I agreed that since "S" is now available (no longer a "Search"
menu using the "S"), using the "S" was a better choice. I'll update the spec
shortly.

Mnemonic access keys are in and generally working in may28 trunk build: win98,
linuxrh6.2.
Logged bug 147692 for the fact they don't work from focus in the message pane
(in 3-pane mail window).
Marking verified for trunk.

keyword and add the "fixed1.0.1" keyword.
