Using may28 trunk build: win98, linux rh6.2

Mnemonics recently added for the QuickSearch bar in main mail window (bug
111031) don't work if you're accessing while focus is in the message pane. I
assume they should work when focus is in message pane, just like other mnemonics
in the mail window.
