steps to reproduce:
1. As a logged-in user, load http://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/recommended
2. Sign out
expected behavior:
Since the /recommended page is only accessible to logged-in users, we should redirect the user to the homepage on a log out.
observed behavior:
The link disappears from the header and we switch to showing Popular apps when the user logs out
