Reproducible on: Nightly 37.0a1 (2014-12-11), Aurora 36.0a2 (2014-12-12), Firefox 35.0b3 (build1/20141208150535), Firefox 34.0.5 (build1/20141126041045). Affected platform(s): Windows 7x64, Ubuntu 14.04 LTS x86, Mac OS X 10.9.5. STR: 1. Launch Firefox with a clean profile. 2. In the Location Bar, type in the following URL: about:preferences#sync and press ENTER. 3. Check the tab for a favicon. ER: The tab displays the generic Options favicon (gear icon). AR: The tab doesn't display a favicon at all.
