1112069 - No message is displayed when hovering on the “Jump to last page” arrow

Steps to reproduce:
1. Sign in to AMO-stage https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/
2. Click the “See all # user reviews” link  for an add-on with more than 20 reviews (i.e. https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/firefox/addon/adblock-plus/reviews/?page=206)
3. Scroll down the page and hover over the ”Jump to first”/“Jump to last” page arrows.

Expected results:
When hovering over the first arrow "Jump to first page" message is displayed. When hovering over the second arrow "Jump to last page" message is displayed.

Actual results:
When hovering over the second arrow no message is displayed.

Notes/Issues:
Issue can also be reproduced in My submission page Dev Hub (i.e. https://addons.allizom.org/en-US/developers/addons?page=2)
Verified in FF34(Win7). Issue can be reproduced in AMO-stage, AMO-dev and AMO-prod.
