1112145 - Implement "Clear all Rooms (active and expired)" button in Loop setting

According to the WFs delivered in  http://j.mp/loopwfs in Settings section, as we are not going to implement multi-selection functionality for this 1.1.1 Loop mobile version, we should, at least, have "clean all rooms" button in Setting menu.

In the WF, for clearing Rooms, are shown two buttons, one for clearing all the Rooms and another for clearing all the expired Rooms. This last button is a new requirement and not very easy to implement. 

Due to time constraints, let's focus only in implementing the "Clear all Room" one in this bug for 1.1.1 version.

When you tap on it, a confirmation prompt will be required "Are you sure you want to clean your rooms?" and we should have a modal screen with spinner and Cancel with "Deleting Rooms" as title.
