From Bugzilla Helper:

BuildID: 2001112009

No publsh function is evident on the Composer toolbar or in any of the menus, as
far as I could tell. Publishing pages to a webserver (other than via some other
program after saving the file locally) is not described in the Help. Preferences
does not include any place for a default location to publish to. Neither secure
(or insecure) HTTP PUT publishing via the webserver itself, nor secure (or
insecure) FTP via an associated FTP server seems to be supported. (Both HTTP and
FTP publishing--except for secure FTP--were supported in Composer 4.x.)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch browser.
2. From Tasks menu, select Composer.
3. Create page.
4. Try to publish...
Please search for duplicates before filing such obvious requests. Step 2 of the
Bugzilla Helper you used is "search", and putting 'publish' in the field and
hitting the button came up with the result right away.
