STR:
1. Visit data:text/html,hi
2. Print-preview
3. Inspect top-left & top-right corners of previewed page.
4. Now print page (either to pdf or physical printer), and inspect top-left & top-right corner of printed page.
ACTUAL RESULTS:
- Print-preview shows the page URL at the top-left *and* top-right corner of the virtual page. (So, the page url is displayed twice).
- "Real" printing only puts the page URL at the top-right.
EXPECTED RESULTS: Consistency.

(Specifically, print-preview should just leave the top-left empty. That's reserved for the page <title>, and this bug's testcase (data:text/html,hi) lacks a title.)
URL: data:text/html,hi
