After the snippet code is loaded into the snippet service, it's ready to deply to the world. We need to talk about who should actually make this live given Frios is out of pocket Dec 25. We can load it up ahead of time, and someone available could flip the switch? (this step*) All the steps:

1. Design snippet (normally Sabrina Ng)
2. Build snippet (incl. review) - (could be thecount or gvn)
3. Implement in snippet service (normally mkelly)
*4. Launch into selected Locales (normally frios)
5. Launch metrics tracking (normally adamlofting)

It is possible to set a snippet to be activated on a certain date, frios can set this up in the admin.
