A lot of the time when I open the system tray, it disappears for a frame. I'm fairly certain this is a regression from bug 1061969.

This seems to happen the most when on the home-screen, and when notifications are in the tray. Is tricky to reproduce, but obvious when dog-fooding. Won't mark with window-wanted until there are clearer STR though.

I would also wonder if bug 1095856 fixes it?
