The event handlers for the tree widget in the account manager are broken because
the tree widget changed. I need to fix them so that they load the respective
pages again.

for some reason this is REALLY slow on linux.
Ninoschka, for the "slow" part that Alec mentions, pls file a new bug on that.

Build 1999081608M9: Win32/NT4, Linux/Redhat 6.0, Mac 8.5.1
Verified Fixed. Tried one account and up to 5 accounts. I was able to expand all
the Account Manager folders, select all the categories (i.e. Main, Server,
Copies, Advanced) and the panels on the right changed fairly quickly.

Note: I didn't see a problem with Linux being slow so I have not logged a bug on
this issue.
