When trying to scroll up and down on a page using the scroll bar on the right.
The scroll bar gets all smeared. Cannot see the background behind the bar. This
never happened in milestone .95.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open any page that is bigger than one screen (I use 1280x1024)
2.Move up and down with the scroll bar.
Actual Results: Though it is not a serious bug. But it is quite annoying.
Expected Results: the background of the scroll bar should not be smeared.

Reporter, could you upload a screen shot?
By the way, you wouldn't happen to have an ATI graphics card, would you?

I'm using ATI RAGE XL AGP 2X.
