1114708 - Transition Reader mode with an animation

As mentioned in Bug 1103232, adding a transition that emphasizes the modal nature of this feature would greatly help associate the temporary nature of it also.

From a UX point of view, this would help bring the "Add to Reading List" feature more to the foreground.

Posting a WIP of some animation thinking that I'm doing :) 

Sliding in/out the Reader Mode controls would also be solving bug 998031 too. 2 birds!

I can't use Android, but Reader View can be a way to avoid animation, and adding animation would make it inaccessible.
