Add-ons which are signed with a cert that marks them as only having had "preliminary" review from AMO should be given a distinctive look in the Add-on manager. Bonus points if it echoes the treatment give to such addons on the AMO install page, but if that doesn't fit with Firefox style I'm sure we can come up with something else that works.
I'm calling this a duplicate of bug 717779, or we can reverse dup if you prefer, but they both require the same thing.
