### Steps:
1. Open Messages app
2. Click pencil icon on the upper-right corner to create a new message
3. Type characters in multiple rows in the message body
4. Tap any character in the message body and the keyboard pops up
4. Long press on last row of the message body
5. Utility bubble with "select all/cut/copy" icons shows up

### Expected:
1. The left and right carets should overlay the keyboard

### Actual:
1. The carets don't overlay the keyboard

Should be dup of bug 1021499. Although description of bug 1021499 is about touch caret. But essential problem is the same. Mark dup here.
