Bug 1065640 to bug 1112322 - ASan xpcshell times out in any/every test, and then hangs the harness without providing any useful information about why, so we've filed who knows how many duplicate bugs claiming that it was a test's fault rather than the harness's fault. Since there's nothing useful in the failures, there's no point in continuing to star them, much less in continuing to file invalid bugs. Hidden on all trees.

No idea who removed the rule hiding it or when, but if it wasn't already fixed by increased chunking on buildbot it was apparently fixed (and the rule would have been eluded by) Taskcluster and its 8 chunks.
