[1.Description]:
On "Edit Contact" screen, invoke and hide virtual keyboard, the bottom bar(include call log&contact&dial pad) will display on bottom of screen.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1. Launch Phone.
2. Tap Contacts tab on bottom of screen.
3. Tap any contact and tap Edit button.
4. Tap any input field and to invoke the virtual keyboard.
5. Tap blank area to hide virtual keyboard.




[3.Expected Result]: 
5. The option tab shouldn‘t display on bottom of screen.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5. The option tab will display on bottom of screen.
