Steps to reproduce:

e10s = you have to scroll to find the selection.
non-e10s = it's vertically centred as much as possible.
Blocks: e10s, core-e10s
Steps
1. Open this page
2. Click drop down marker of "Version:" 

Actual Results:
The drop down list does not scroll.

Expected Results:
The selected option element should be scrolled into view.
So, "Trunk" should be visible.

I am seeing the same behavior in e10s and non-e10s for this -- from the STR in comment 1, "Trunk" is in view in the same way in both windows.  I am on MacOS 10.9.
