I am not sure this problem is specific for IME user or not.
Steps To Reproduce:
1. Start Nightly37.0a1
2. Open new e10s window
3. Close existing non-e10 window
4. Open Nightly Health Reports (Alt > H > e)
5. Click "Learn more..."
6. Close browser by clicking [x] window controls button
Actual Results:
After exit, firefox.exe remains in process list
Expected Results:
firefox.exe process should disappear immediately
