The current error message includes a tinyurl that expands to a bug being added to the stale server ops queue.

We need to decide where these requests should go and change the message to point to a link to there.

$ hg push
pushing to ssh://hg.mozilla.org/releases/l10n/mozilla-aurora/gu-IN
remote: Your mercurial account has been disabled due to inactivity.
remote: Please file a bug at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org (or http://tinyurl.com/2aveg9k) to re-activate your account.
abort: no suitable response from remote hg!
I think we should create a publicly accessible wiki page for how to regain access to an account (try the self service methods first, then file a bug in moc: service requests) and change the link to point there.

The tinyurl in the hg disabled account error message points to a bug component that no longer exists.

Can we set up a wiki page somewhere explaining how to recover an account (having all the issues/solutions with accounts in one place would be nice to point people at; passwords can go to http://passwordreset.mozilla.org/, ssh key issues can go to https://login.mozilla.com/ etc and if all else fails file a bug in infra & operations > moc: service requests) so if things change again we can just change the page rather than needing to track down the error message?

What public facing wiki is used for hg.mozilla.org documentation?
Any chance we can do something about this soon? The component is going away in the next couple of weeks and it would be a really bad user experience for developers to be sent to file a bug somewhere that doesn't exist.

We made the error messages not suck in bug 1217964. I reckon the current situation is acceptable.
