After launching the ConnectA2 app and entering login credentials, the app did not log in, but delivered the following message instead: "Connect A2 doesn’t work with your interent connection. Please try with Wifi or other internet provider" Confirmed on Flame 2.0 Reference device

ConnectA2's new build was approved yesterday. Downloaded from Marketplace and tested today on Flame 2.0 ref device. User is now able to log in. Closing Bug - Fixed

Intex tested 17h with a new sim card, and they say they are still unable to login. They are asking if the MDN copied below hits to the ConnectA2 server or not. Reliance MDN : 8468092589 Vodafone MDN : 9643775687 Thanks, Didem
Device: Intex Cloud Fx SIM: Aircel 1 Behavior: got confirmation sms both wifi and Mobile Data SIM: Aircel 2 Behavior: got confirmation sms both wifi and Mobile Data Sim: Reliance Behavior: tried with both wifi and mobile data, after entering the phone number, connecta2 asking me to enter confirmation code. But didnt receive any confirmation code against my reliance number Seems like the issue only happening with reliance and Vodafone. I didnt have Vodafone sim but I can manage one.
