 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 Back menu and option menu disappear on landscape mode
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1. Enter ConnectA2
 2. Select one friend to chat
 3. Switch the device to  landscape mode on chat screen
 4. We can notice no back menu and option menu  on landscape mode（see attach） ===》KO
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 Should have Back menu and option menu

Hi Josh, thanks for reporting. Please take a look on a Mozilla reference device and confirm this is a reproducible issue. This is a hard requirement when reporting any 3rd party app issue to the Content Team. If reproducible we will reach out to ConnectA2 immediately and notify them of this bug.

Please NI Michael Ellis if confirmed via reproduction. He will liaise with the app developer directly.

Hi Josh,

Sorry, I don't have Woodduck at hand. This issue can be reproduced on Flame 2.1/2.2. Another problem is that Flame 2.0 doesn't switch to landscape mode on chat screen.

@Cynthia - Can you try to reproduce on 2.0 immediately after restarting the device. This may help with the orientation issues, unless the app is designed in this manner.

Sorry, I don't why I cannot register it currently. There is a message: "ConnectA2 doesn't work with your Internet connection. Please try with WiFi or other Internet Provider." when I register ConnectA2.

Hi Michael,

The step3 is to switch the device to landscape mode on chat screen. But ConnectA2 chat window cannot be switched to lanscape mode when I rotate the view -90 degrees to the left (landscape left). Thanks!

@ Cynthia - This issue can occur sometimes after the device has entered sleep mode. Please try restarting the device and testing without letting the device go into standby.  Let me know if this helps your testing.
