Copypaste bubble should not show on the front of utility tray.
STR:
1. long press on some text of input field and bubble shows.
2. drag down the status bar
Expect: bubble is on background
Actual: bubble is on foreground

Hi Alive,
sorry for changing zindex so many times.
I think the best way to keep the bubble while dragging down utility is put bubble back of utility.
could you kindly help to check again? Thanks.
