In bug 1118539 we allowed developers to update their own keywords. If a user searches for something and ends up on an app through a keyword, it might not be obvious why. Things like title and description are obvious, but if we don't show keywords users might wonder why. On AMO we showed the tags down in the bottom right of the addons detail page. Perhaps we could do the same.
In my opinion we don't need to do this. There are complex algorithms returning results. If something is showing up in the wrong place, that's a bug to fix, but we don't need to actively show all of this on the page. (we could put them in a meta tag or HTML comment or whatever else if you wanted it for debugging). /opinion
