[1.Description]:
According to Bug 1032233 in Comment 41, this bug is failed.
[Flame][v2.0&2.1&2.2][Woodduck 2.0][Settings]The Date&Time is changed from "Asia,Chongqing,2014/01/08,03:06PM" to "America,New York,2014/06/03,12:11 PM" while you enter Settings->Date&Time after turning on airplane mode and then restarting device.
Attch:first_1211.MP4 and logcat_flame2.2_first_1211.txt.
Found at :12:11.

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Flash Build->skip FTU->enter OS first time->Insert a SIM card.
2.Enable "Set automatically" in Settings/Date&Time.
**The current is "Asia,Chongqing,2014/01/08,03:06PM".
3.Disable "Set automatically".
4.Turn on Airplane mode.
5.Restart device.
6.Unlock screen and go to Settings->Date&Time.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5&6.The Date&Time should not be changed.

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.The Date&Time is changed to "Wednesday,June 4, 12:11PM".
6.The Date&Time&Reggion&City is changed to "America,New York,2014/06/03,12:11 PM".

Not sure if this needs to be confidential?  It happens on Flame as well.

Also to note:
It appears that the settings change to time with airplane mode on doesn't keep after rebooting the phone.  It seems to reset back for me.  It looks like the flame build aren't set to userdebug, so you can't change the time via commandline.  you can't change the time via the date command like in the flash script.
