Description:
When the user opens the Music app for the first time, they will notice the loading icon and the songs that are being loaded appear in the upper left corner of the music app. 

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20150108010221.
2) Factory reset the phone.
3) Set the device language to Arabic in the FTE and proceed to the homescreen.
4) Open the music app and pay close attention to the position of the loading icon and the songs that are being loaded. 

Actual:
The loading icon and the songs that are being loaded appear in the upper left corner of the music app.
  
Expected: 
The loading icon and the songs that are being loaded appear in the upper right corner of the music app.
