In bug 1101985, the brand video for Hello was created. We created 5 versions with embedded text for GA35. For GA 36 we will be creating subtitles for the rest.

This bug is to add the "powered by TEF" text/logo to the last frame of the current approved Hello video (ref http://cl.ly/image/150H1H1k0R2S).

:flod - will it be okay to use "powered by TEF" (en-US for all) for the embedded videos? Or should these be translated in the video?

We have the string from Firefox, all we need is localizers to check the final video again. 
I'd say we can try to localize it, and fallback to en-US if we can't get feedback in time.

Both pt-BR and zh-TW use "Powered by", so no work needed on those.

Confirmed that the TEF logo has been added to the localized versions and is live on the product page.
