Steps to reproduce:

I'm talking about about:preferences#advanced -> "Network" and the box below "The following websites are allowed to store data for offline use"

If you reduce the horizontal size of the window, the size column disappears.

Similarly, if you have enough sites to actviate the scrollbar, the size column gets partially hidden.

Think you're right.

The problem is bug 919526 does not block Bug 718011...
