Safari 5.1.7 browser

Steps to reproduce:
1.On your safari browser , go to https://marketplace.allizom.org/
2.Notice the navigation arrows from promo module

Expected results:
Everything is correctly displayed

Actual results:
Navigation arrows from promo module are broken on Safari

Not reproducible on other browsers
Apple doesn't support this browser, its from 2012.
