[1.Description]:
According to bug 1073340.
[Flame][v2.2][Built-in&System Keyboard] User can't input "0" in Usage/Settings/"When use is above"/ "Data usage limit".
Attch:video_1435.MP4 and logcat_1435.txt.
Found time:14:35

[2.Testing Steps]: 
1.Insert SIM card
2.Open Usage app.
3.Tap Settings icon.
4.Turn on Data use alert and tap on "When use is above".
5.Try to input "0.07" in "Data usage limit" box.

[3.Expected Result]: 
5.User can input "0".

[4.Actual Result]: 
5.The input box is marked red and user can't input "0".

Looks like a regression to me. 

The "GB" dropdown list, "x" button and "Done" button are all broken. And I haven't see any feature-b2g=2.2+ issue for cost control.

  I can't repro this bug on today's Flame v2.2.
  See video "verified_v2.2.MP4". 
  If anyone can repro it, reopen again.
  And I find this problem (about "X" and "Done" button) is fixed as mentioned in comment 4.
