Nightly keeps prompting to set it as the default browser, despite the 'don't prompt me' checkbox setting

STR:

1) Set some other browser as the desktop default
2) open Nightly

You should get a prompt with a checkbox asking you if you want to set fx as the default browser.

3) uncheck the do this check at startup checkbox
4) click "Not Now"
5) close and reopen nightly

result: the prompt comes up again on startup
