The function ConferenceGroupHandler.removeFromGroupDetails() is never invoked and consequently can safely be removed. The associated test in conference_group_hander_test.js too ;)

Just some clean up of a function we made publicly accessible and was not used at all ;) I found it when fixing bug 1121920 :)
