Details

After compiling from source, installing from rpm, or installing with the network installer, Mozilla launches fine if run as root (within another user's X session). If run as any other user, in said user's own X session, the error: Error launching browser window:no XBL binding for browser pops up in an alert window. This did not happen with previous versions. The system is a Red Hat Linux 6.2 box with a 2.4 kernel. The interface is all Ximian. This same system ran previous versions of Mozilla just fine.
