1123326 - [e10s] clicking on a link in IRCCloud opens a new tab with correct content but is missing URL Bar contents

Situation:

I have IRCCloud running in an app tab.  If I click on any link in there, the link opens in a new tab as expected.  The new tab does not have anything in the URL bar, instead shows the default text to search or enter an address.

Putting the cursor into the URL bar and trying to copy the address didn't copy anything.

Here's the link I'm clicking on, and the markup that IRCCloud gives it.  This is just the standard linkification that IRCCloud does.

This is what the URL bar looks like when the tab has opened.  The webpage content is as expected, and there's no problem.

If I navigate to further page in this new tab, the URL bar location changes to the new location as expected.

Is this a regression? I think so... any ideas of when it broke and/or do you have time to use mozregression to find out? :-)

Sorry, I just started using Nightly again so I'm not sure whether this is a regression or not.  I did just disable E10S and this issue is not present in non-E10S.  When I switched back to E10S, the problem resurfaces.

- happens whether irccloud is in app tab or not
- address appears when I leave an reenter the tab
