In the mocks, the app detail page header lists the IARC ratings (though we aren't doing the colored-number-as-a-value part now).
This is not a blocker, as the ratings exist lower on the app detail page.

It's not in the mobile app detail page's header, and I don't think we have anything showing users wanting to know content ratings strongly enough to put it at the top.
