As a user, I do not expect to trigger rocketbar on Homescreen page when it disappears after I drag homescreen up.

Because bug 1053747 has been de-scoped from v2.2, I think this behavior is not expected.

I've looked into this a little and I haven't figured out why you can activate the Rocketbar in this way yet, but it doesn't look like a regression, the STR works in 2.1 too.

It's not clear this is something we want to fix, un-assigning myself until we decide.

Francis, would you like to review this and decide whether this behaviour is desirable or not?

I have nothing against keeping this in as a hidden feature. hopefully one day we'll be able to keep the rocket bar visible on screen.
