Description: When starting the device with a PIN enabled SIM, if the user taps the header of the SIM PIN prompt screen, they will open the Rocketbar interface. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Flame to 20150313010238 2) Ensure there is a PIN enabled SIM in the device, the restart the phone 3) Unlock the device 4) Tap the header of the SIM PIN prompt. Actual: Rocketbar is accessible through the SIM PIN prompt Expected: User cannot access the Rocketbar at the SIM PIN prompt. Also see bug 1140254, I suppose the reason is that rocketbar is hidden in statusbar of System app. So, when tapping statusbar, it would trigger a event to launch hidden rocketbar. NI developer and designer.

Hmm, this might be the first use of this bug/feature that could be a problem. I'm not familiar with this part of the UI. Is it a security issue that you can access the Rocketbar from this screen?

I don't think it's a security issue because you can't seem to bypass the SIM PIN by accessing the rocket bar. It can however lead to some strange behaviour, so I would agree this is a bug. Incidentally, it does seem possible to bypass the SIM PIN by dragging down the notification tray and opening the Settings app.
