Description:
When starting the device with a PIN enabled SIM, if the user taps the header of the SIM PIN prompt screen, they will open the Rocketbar interface.


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20150313010238
2) Ensure there is a PIN enabled SIM in the device, the restart the phone
3) Unlock the device
4) Tap the header of the SIM PIN prompt.


Actual:
Rocketbar is accessible through the SIM PIN prompt

Expected:
User cannot access the Rocketbar at the SIM PIN prompt.

This issue DOES occur in Flame 2.2 and 2.1 builds

Also see bug 1140254, I suppose the reason is that rocketbar is hidden in statusbar of System app. So, when tapping statusbar, it would trigger a event to launch hidden rocketbar.

Sorry, I think bug 1124078 is much related to this bug.

Hmm, this might be the first use of this bug/feature that could be a problem.

I'm not familiar with this part of the UI. Is it a security issue that you can access the Rocketbar from this screen?

I don't think it's a security issue because you can't seem to bypass the SIM PIN by accessing the rocket bar. It can however lead to some strange behaviour, so I would agree this is a bug. 

Incidentally, it does seem possible to bypass the SIM PIN by dragging down the notification tray and opening the Settings app.

This bug is resolved after bug 1150834 was fixed.
Mark as duplicated, but please correct me if I am wrong.
