When you click on the tab icon, the menu should appear, with the same items like
the menu that appears after right-clicking the tab (possibly without "New tab"
item).

This is inspirated by the "system menus" of (almost) all windows on Win32 platform.

I think that conflicts with bug 111905 ([RFE] Ability to drag and drop tab site
icon). Also the tab icon is no window icon.

Also when (very) many tabs are open, about all of the tab area is filled with
the icon. In this case you would not be able to select a tab with the mouse at
all (regardless of wether you click right or left, always the menu pops up ---
very annoying).

I don't think this is a good idea.
