1124707 - Adding sound when leaving a Room from Firefox Hello application for every user that leaves a Room

When implementing the sounds for Rooms in Loop Mobile client (bug 1099186), Product team decided to follow the same criteria specified in Firefox Hello Desktop application (bug 1088650).

As the sounds used in Desktop for Rooms via browser (not registered in Firefox Hello Desktop application) are quite different.

We have been asked to include the leaving Room sound

not only when other person leaves a room and the creator is still in the room, but for every user that leaves the Room, independently if it's creator or invited or the room is empty or full.
