Created an attachment (id=1130018)
   
 
 DEFECT DESCRIPTION:
 The voicemail notification will change to "One new voicemail".
 
  REPRODUCING PROCEDURES:
 1.MS no voicemail number,receive a voicemail with count as (e.g)"3",pull down the notification,it display "3 new voicemails".
 2.Go to Settings->Call settings->Set a voicemail number,save it.
 3.Delete the voicemail number,pull down the notification.
 
  EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR:
 The notification should not change.

The voicemail function is not supported by our telecom operator, so we can't verify this bug.

It could NOT be reproduced on woodduck 2.0M and Flame 2.0/2.1/2.2.

** Behavior **
- The notification is still kept on notification page, but it will enter VM setting page due to VM number is empty.

** STR **
 1.DUT's VM number is empty,and receive a voicemail with count as (e.g)"3".
 2.Pull down the notification,it display "3 new voicemails".
 3.Go to Settings->Call settings->Set a voicemail number,save it.
 4.Delete the voicemail number,pull down the notification.
 (Note: Voice mail notification are delivered by NOWSMS)
